1.Product features：
Two component epoxy adhesive is a wear-resistant composite material with titanium compounds and superhard ceramics as bone materials.
Gray paste, cured at room temperature, high bonding strength with substrate; The wear resistance of the repaired coating is 2-8 times that of medium carbon steel after surface quenching.
2.Usage:
Cleaning and preparation: polish the surface to be repaired, expose the metal body and make it rough. Remove oil stain.
Glue mixing: according to the dosage, weigh components a and B according to the weight ratio of 4:1, and mix them evenly to make them a uniform color.
Gluing: scrape the glue on the repair surface, compact it with force, eliminate the gaps and pores in the glue layer, and form and trowel it.
Curing: it can be cured in one day at normal temperature. If you want to cure faster, you can heat it appropriately and cure at 80 ℃ for 2-3 hours.
3.Applicable occasions:
It is used for repairing abrasive wear or erosion wear parts with abrasive particle diameter less than 25mm, and can be used as pre protective coating.It is suitable for maintenance or protection, such as slurry pump, slurry mixer, feeding elbow, etc.
