AKU 11-50 with vortex impeller centrifugal slop pump for sugar mills, the application range is large, take below information as example.
The liquid is Water+Na2S2O5+Pineapple Fiber Pump;
Flow is 60m3/h, Head is 25-30 meters;
The material is Stainless Steel 304, shaft and shaft sleeve 2205;
The sealing type is double mechanical seal;
The flushing plan is P54;
Flange standard is ANSI 150LB.
The agvantages of vortex impeller are as follows:
-create vortex style centrifugal force
-pushing fluid against the pump volute
-impeller vanes do not come into contact with the fluid being pumped
-very reliable, non clogging design
