Description
1.Product features：
One component, paste, Blue, room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.
After curing, the adhesive layer is elastomer, which has good resistance to cold and heat change, stress change and other properties, high temperature resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance and other properties.
2.Usage:
Clean the surface: clean the sizing surface and remove rust, dust, oil, etc.
Sizing: cut a suitable small hole on the tip of the rubber cylinder, use a glue gun to apply glue to the end face to be sealed, and make it form a continuous glue ring. During pneumatic sizing, the air pressure is recommended not to exceed 0.4MPa.
Curing: close the two sealing faces and fasten them with bolts; Initial solidification in one hour, complete solidification within 24 hours under the condition of 25 ℃, 50% humidity. It takes a long time to cure under cold or dry conditions.
3.Applicable occasions:
Plane sealing of automobile, motorcycle, internal combustion engine and various mechanical equipment components.
