Description
1.Product features：
One component, black, low viscosity, high strength, low odor polyurethane adhesive. After curing, the adhesive layer is elastomer, which has good resistance to cold and heat change, stress change and so on. Suitable for manual sizing.
2.Usage:
Clean the surface: clean the sizing surface and remove rust, dust, water and oil stain.
Sizing: cut a suitable small hole on the sharp mouth of the glue cylinder. The inner diameter of the glue mouth should depend on the sizing width. Load the glue gun and start the sizing operation.
Primer: it shall be used in combination with Huitian activator 8902 and specified primer 8906 or glass treatment agent. The time for volatilization and drying of primer is usually 10-30 minutes. The specific time depends on the ambient temperature at that time. Sizing shall be started after volatilization and drying of primer.
Curing: the temperature and humidity of the environment have a great impact on the surface dryness and curing of polyurethane adhesive. If the temperature is too low, the curing is slow; Too high temperature and humidity makes the watch dry faster. The optimum operating conditions are: temperature 20-30 ℃, humidity 50-70% RH; If the temperature exceeds the range of 5-35 ℃ and humidity 35-75% RH, please proceed with caution. During the sizing and curing process of polyurethane adhesive, avoid contact with chemicals such as hydroxyl and amino, which will lead to non curing or incomplete curing of polyurethane adhesive.

It is used for the assembly and bonding of windshield glass of engineering machinery cab, automobile and ship, as well as the bonding and sealing of some metal structural parts.
