Description
1.Product features：
One component, low viscosity, universal moisture curing sealant with silyl terminated polyether as the main component. The cured compound combines the advantages of polyurethane and silicone, and is a new generation of adhesive sealant products. Long operation period, low modulus, no primer. The cured product has high elasticity, paintability, excellent UV resistance and weather resistance. Solvent free, isocyanate free, silicone free, tasteless and environmentally friendly.
2.Usage:
Clean the surface: clean the sizing surface and remove rust, dust, water and oil stain.
Sizing: cut the nozzle, put on the nozzle, cut the nozzle into an appropriate slope, and apply it to the construction site with a glue squeezing gun. The air pressure during pneumatic sizing is recommended not to exceed 0.4MPa.
Curing: place the glued parts in the air. When the skin is formed, cure from the surface to the inside. The curing depth is 2-4mm within 24 hours at room temperature and 55% relative humidity. With the extension of time, the curing depth increases gradually. 7 days curing depth 6mm.
3.Applicable occasions:
It is applicable to the sealing of joints with long operation period and preliminary fixation, such as welds, joints, etc.
