Working principle of precision cleaning

The Co-solvent system manufactured by Casisy has four process stages, including ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, steam rinsing, and condensation drying. It has a unique solvent retention function and provides economic benefits.

It is done in a tank with or without ultrasonic cleaning, by immersing the components in the solvent mixture. Both the washing tank and the rinsing tank provide solvent heating and pumping closed-loop filtration systems respectively. The cleaning tank is electrically heated and has a unique pulse control operation that allows the solvent to boil effectively while minimizing solvent emissions. After the primary rinsing of the rinsing tank, it is rinsed in the steam zone above the two tanks containing pure distillation solvent, and then condensed and dried. The distilled solvent is condensed by the primary cooling plate and returned to the rinsing tank through a water separator.
